Not necessarily because I think 15 is considered an adult in this manga

In chapter 1 she said that original Hannah was growing up in this orphanage for 15 years and became nanny because she couldn’t become priestess. So Jeremy was 9 yo at the beginning, so now he should have ca 18 years [3 + 6] and Hannah should be ca 24.
