Its the master job to bring order to a household, not a personal maid to a child. How do you hire someone off the street with no prior training or background check and expect her to do her job efficiently, despite there being qualified maids who probably wanted that job and were probably jealous? And instead of addressing the issue you literally leave it to the victim to take on further abuse under excuse that you “need her strong”? What type of bullsh** is that? She shouldn’t have to repeatedly stand up for herself, you need to either address the problem, fire the maids bullying people, or let that woman go with a severance package for putting up with such bs. That’s not making anyone strong, its causing trauma. You wouldnt expect your sister to go through that without defending her so why are you showing other maids its okay to suffer abuse and you won’t step in because they need to “handle the problems themselves”. Just watching that alone and knowing shes aware of what’s happening and chose not to step in would’ve had me cursing her out and quitting. Im not defending or listening to no masters who won’t defend me. She had more defense from a child than the person who actually employed her. That’s not a good thing…
