Honestly just fill off a few people. Also, if you have more children, this is a very dark morbid idea, but it says that you have to kill your kid. Does it specify which ones? Cuz surely in one of the lives she married somebody and had more than one kid. So do you only need one to die? It would still be horribly tragic but you think after a few dozen hundred deaths of the same child you would build up a wall and become numb to it and focus your love on other children and accept just a fact. Not that that moves the emotions away, but the action itself you think could become more robotic. So couldn’t. They just have more kids and only lose one?
