The characters are pretty cliche and I can predict what they’d do or how they would react, but the story does rlly good at using the cliches to make the story different and interesting

this story is so strange… it holds itself with barely any cohesiveness, relying solely on overused cliches and vibes. it’s sexy (mostly due to the pretty art + sexual tension between FL and all MLs), but so poorly written it often comes out as cringe. at the same time, it’s clearly building up to be one of those abhorrent stories in which the family (mainly the MEN in the family) abuses and neglects their daughter/sister and are then “justified” & “forgiven” by the plot and the FL because of some bullshit built up/backstory or whatever. It’s so lame, it’s beyond cringe. on top of that the sickly manipulative sister is clearly a big hidden villain, so again it’s a woman x woman sort of vaguely misogynistic story. I’m amazed people genuinely likes it.
