   Honestly betty is not a very good leader, what she did with the eastern trade not only ruined pablo’s business but also penelope’s. If peny wasn’t so capable then the Halo territory will collapse, a lot of the resident will die and the others will migrate, but even if they migrate there is no guarantee they will live better life in the new place. A surge of people coming to a new territory will only create problem for housing and daily living.
