The story is set in medieval times, it is pretty normal for a such young girl to be engaged or even married, it’s not right but that is how it was back then.

My dude, that is NOT how it worked in old times. Only nobility were engaged and married young, and even then it was considered very vulgar to “bed” a younger spouse, or have a young couple proceed with consummation. Commoner children like Nina were ofc exploited by deplorables like they are now, but it was still considered revolting.
