Okay, this does show how it goes with these two getting married in this version of events. Also, Merran deadass painting Clasey as the boy-crazy one who will do anything to get a man (Clasey just wants a decent share of the inheritance in order to support them both), but runs around and gives herself a full make-over just to come by and “happen to bump into” a man her aunt is trying to court, while trying to seduce them onto herself and spreading rumours behind her aunt’s back.
