I found the proper chapter 110 on a different page. In summary:
1) Rael wakes up at an inn. Gets a letter from his mother that basically boils down to her implying she knows something’s wring and she’ll try to help him so they can meet without issue. Rael is touched and thinks back to being sick before and how even now his mother has such a comforting effect on him.
2) The army in Greze (Jackal members + wolf riders) caught wind of two viscounts intending to set off a territory war (same ones that Cassia was thinking of in the exposition chapter on territory wars). The army is /thrilled/ because they’ve been preparing for this. There’s also a flashback to the first and second in command of the wolf riders being very hyped about Zester having mentioned at some point in the past mentioned wanting to expand his territory. They were delighted, thinking he was getting power hungry. Zester clarifies it’s not the reason, he just wants it for his wife. Wolf hoys: “He’s a little confused but he’s got the spirit.”
3) Cassia and Zester prepare to leave back to Greze (a lil moment is spared to indicate the wig business will def be booming). Cassia laments a bit that Count Axio is currently under investigation for pope murder. Which means he can’t take part in the territory war. She determines to discuss the imminent territory war with Zerek.
