I really just want to point out that this is not absolve him of having another woman in his heart. It just so happens that the love he was never able to let go of is actually her but it just just easily could have been somebody else. Yes it’s cute and amazing that it turns out his first love that he never got over was actually her but that’s just by happenstance.

i do get what you are saying but i feel like his feelings for her back then were more gratefulness to his savior and maybe wanting closure…
like she basically saved his life and was the reason he was able to survive so long and she suddenly disappeared… even if he doesnt have ROMANTIC feelings for her he probably wants to repay her and protect her bc of what she did for him…
like YES she was probably his first love, but i feel like he wasnt really IN LOVE till now he just has never been with someone he was attracted to/ wasnt after him for political reasons.
PLUS, even if he did meet someone else he spent most of his life on the battlefield it would be difficult to interact with women his age so it makes sorta makes sense he fell in love with the first girl who saved his life and after that most people are allied with the queen so he had no chance to find love.
if you remember he was lying when he first said he had a lover. (which fl misunderstood as that one girl, forgot her name.) imo he had given up on falling in love, and just wanted to know if the girl who saved him was still alive and well.
(but idk… me personally if i was in LOVE with someone else id feel guilty at the thought of marrying anyone else. I feel like he probably only talked about focusing on 2 women at once he meant he felt uncomfortable looking for another woman, regardless of intention, while married. bc even if he ‘found’ that girl he wouldnt stray from the fl, )

ok finally we ended misunderstanding… im so glad tarkan didnt end up thinking the fl sister was tarkans first love….i really hope it does not change…
HOPEFULLY the only reason that they made fl blonde with green eyes was so the sis could hear the rumor he was into blondes before only for him to coldly reject her..
im worried tho especially since the sister has some sort of charm ability or smth so unless it doesnt effect tarkan im concerned
