He literally tried splitting them up and said no they’re not allowed to date, he has tried but juv doesn’t understand that nor does he too, he thinks she knows that max is the crown prince. But she doesn’t and he doesn’t understand why she wants to be with him because he said no and he doesn’t want it to happen. I thought we followed along and understand the story? They both failing communication. He already tried to stop juv and said “you should learn more about the crown prince” but she thinks he’s trying to her and him together.

I know I should probably acknowledge that Max is a lying little %% but can we talk about how Jubelian is treating Max here? Like this whole scene was funny but it made me feel a little bad for Max. Not the whole scene just the part where she started to cut his steak. The other actions she takes are understandable since she’s still under the impression that Max is a commoner. But cutting his steak for him? Man if I was Max I would 1.) Be enamored by her and 2.) Feel very embarrassed
Anyways back to the serious stuff they both really need to talk to each other.
