I hate this trope of second life all the assholes who hated the person ends up liking the person all of a sudden, like the trope is so dumb and overused, it ruins any story it’s applied to. If the ex had no feelings for her then keep it that way after the breakup, if the father was unconcerned with her and neglected her no matter what she did then keep it that way after she transmigrates… She hasn’t even done anything significant yet but he’s already changing his behavior towards her like wtf

I disagree with the father remark. The first chapter says no weapons allowed in the shadow room but he gives her a dagger AND says “Endure” which means to wait. He gave her a means to protect herself and was sternly saying not to give up.

Can y’all just be quiet in the comments and read it before y’all quick to judge.. in the beginning the dad says “endure” it doesn’t mean he hated her, he likely planned to get her out but seeing from her pov its way different. As far as I’m reading I’m giving him a chance to explain his side in future episodes since they all mostly have a side.

So its possible that after juvelian died she lived another life as a modern woman in korea and then reincarnated again into her og body. kinda like “the villainess is a marionette”, this is only wishful thinking tho….

It was to protect her, if you see his reason for it then you’ll probably understand it more. Not to mention that the Shadow room doesn’t allow weapons and yet he secretly handed her one and said “endure” which also meant ‘wait’ so he was doing it literally to protect her from something (this is my 4th time reading because I love this so much so just trust me)

I think the father was misunderstood. He gave her a dagger in a room where weapons are forbidden. Maybe our FL misunderstood it for taking her life with that dagger where her father was purposely giving it to her as self defense while he brews up a plan to get her out and remove her from accusations
