   lol, no she can’t get pregnant if she has Mirena, which is an iud. That’s literally the point of it. Iuds are incredibly effective birth control, and I loved having an iud vs. pills which always make me so hormonal! 🤭

   Everybody’s body is different. All birth control does NOT work for everyone! My sister used an IUD for a couple of years and still got pregnant! The only form of birth control that is 100% is abstinence.
