love that he’s being more considerate but with the power imbalance she will probably have a hard time seeing him that way… since she thinks he’s a good boss any interest will seem professional in nature causing anxiety rather than making it seem like he likes her romantically

i def think she’s developing feelings but suppressing them (ie: its a problem how often he’s showing up bc its harder to keep my feelings in check) bc she thinks no fing way I m going to start a relationship with my boss….

but i honestly dont see a way for the imbalance to be balanced… she isnt a noble or anything and there is no real way i can see for her to become one.. (unless becoming an expert on a rare dragon species is title worthy) and even then she’d still be working for him…. i really hope she doesnt have to be fired or smth or quit for it to work out…

maybe she’ll become a dragon training school professor??
