I’m very confused by all these people’s ages! They all look around the same age (except for obvious elders like the King and Lady Syllian) but it is shown in several chapters that several of them are young children whereas the others are adults… Like this girl is a child while Cassian is adult, and Cassian was a child while Sia was an adult. I can get behind the elf being ageless but he’s mentioned that he’s better than “someone who chased after a Platonic love for 50 years” while talking to Phael, so is Phael over 50? Do people in this country stop aging at a particular number of years?

it looks like sia didnt age at all, probably due to her divine powers, and since she was already an adult when she met the elf, i’d put her age at her time of death (as sia) at anywhere from 70-90 years old

My theory is Sia was slowly aging because of her high amount of divine power. She died because she wanted to, prob ask God to cut her life force or released her divine powers to the world. Melvin the half elf is aging slowly as well due to obvious reason, having elf blood. Another theory is Phael is slowly aging as well due to him being a swordmaster, since this is a fantasy world Phael prob has Aura or something that makes him basically invincible and slows down ageing. While the Crown Prince is aging normally since he’s full human. Regarding the girl here, for me she didn’t look like she aged that much. Prob 5-8 years, so when she was a kid the CP could have been in his late teens to early 20s that means he’s prob in his late 20 or early 30s. The CP is a bit tricky bcause the drawing doesn’t change much but those are my guesses. I based this all on my knowledge from my mon and dad Charlotte and Jeffrey 😂 iykyk 😉
