Coffe and tea is the same thing is paired with sweet that complement each other different flavours and they both have caffeine, the caffeine content in tea is weaker then coffee has higher caffeine content, compared with man made caffeine is higher but is not good for the body and it contains more calories and sugar than traditional caffeine content found in both tea and coffee,I know this because I drink tea and coffee before and I can sleep easily with tea but with coffee I can’t sleep easily because of the high caffeine content from my experience of drinking both.
