Duke Herhardt, the young, handsome lord of Arvis, is also interested in birds-and in Layla. But the difference is, he’s interested in birds because he likes to hunt them… and he’s interested in Layla because he likes to make her cry. I read this story last year and I liked it so much that I read it 3 times and I was waiting for you to update. this manhwa has really beautiful art and is consistent with it as well. I do have to say however, the story between the ml and the fl is toxic. The ml is a HUGE red flag and although he is beautiful, it’s not fair for the fl and should not be an excuse to still hope that he and the fl end up together. Not only does the ml treat the fl like trash but he claims that he hates her yet always finds a way to (purposely) cross paths with her.
**SPOILER**
Not only that but at some point in the story, he SA’s the fl, aggressively forcing a kiss which was also her first kiss which for me was a huge turn off because wth?

This is nothing just straight up rape glorification…. The characters feels so faaaking fake and forced almost got room temperature level Lore, that you will only feel like rolling your eyes, i honestly have read countless tragedy themes like goodnight punpun, cross and crimes, Kedamonotachi no Jikan , revenge classroom, NANA , where you will find an actual female protagonist with sexual assault trauma and you will notice how the story unfolds accordingly…… Tbh the manhwa above is a complete caricature, it’s a gooning material for teen girls who knows nothing about the world, who thinks r@pe is hot as long as the r@pist looks like some runway model ….. This manhwa has nothing to do with the real world…..
