Although i do understand that speeding to educate your only heir as soon as possible may take precedence, to make others in the dukedom see and acknowledge your child and heir. And her safety, depending if the duke has relatives or enemies or anyone who are looking at his seat and wanting it.
But honestly I like fl so far. She’s 19ish (i think? Said duke looked for wife for 20yrs so if she left before pregnancy showed…) so almost a full adult. She’s stubborn and brave but also relatable in complaining about her studies and swordsmanship classes. She feels like a college student, not a highs schooler.

Just once I want to see a character like this just throw an object at their parent every single time they see them, even if it doesn’t matter because the parent has Aura or not. Just like every time she sees him, she throws some extremely sharp object at him. At least for a few chapters.
