i am in conflict.
i should hate him.
But i can´t really, since the FL is the whole reason he has gone mad. I mean she just kept close and left them, and gave them her will after she passed away. Like not caring or talking wiht them at all.
But i allso think it is the calamity she won against, that is possesing the body of evan or something like that, since i have feeling he has a deep crush on her, from the time she defeated him.
He did say he would come back for her.

bro its sick and its because of authors weird fetish. I know for sure they will be together at the end cuz I repeat this is authors fetish. But I really hate him he has done all the bad thing even if he’s abused or has reasons it was wrong. He tried to end world not just simple thing. And if charlotte ever forgives/falls in love im done with series ı don’t care situations or feelings behind it. Because first he’s her student second he’s the devil she fought for her loved ones and Im sure he massecred a lot of them

Same, I had a conflicted feeling about him too. But yeah, maybe he got possessed by Calamity (or Ivan really died as other mages witnessed before and Calamity took over his body🤔)

The only reason he’s like that is because the FL decided to die without telling them and he’s doesn’t think he can do anything without his master(FL).
But if she decided to tell them that she decided to die because she was tired he might of had an easier time accepting it and he wouldn’t of turned out this way.
I generally think that both of them are at fault for things turning out like this🧐
