Jeffrey and Charolette are the same age, and both of them were friends way back when. However, Charolette was a workaholic and didn’t care to keep any appearances and due to stress and pressure, her aging looked normal. I assume Jeffrey knows how to space out work and not stress himself too much. Also, he had more of a reason to keep a young appearance as he loves Charolette. All of this is just conjecture so don’t quote me 😅
