It’s called *trauma* that stems from emotional and mental abuse, since she was constantly made to feel like a burden and someone who overall shouldn’t of been born. Low-self esteem is common in victims of abuse.

I know she have trauma, but I hope to see some character development because I’m getting frustrated by her 😩
