If she hadn’t died to the diesease, the child would have died too! It wasn’t old enough to be ripped out from her womb. So it was going to die either way. Damien did the best he could with the worst situation a husband and father can. He saved his wife because she was the only savage one. That decision is the only one I can say I find no fault with!
