Reina is the daughter of the blond woman, with Rosy being her sister by blood. The necklace was given to Lilly, a member of Felix’s family- Reina’s Mother -In- Law gave it to her, as a token showing that Reina is thought of as a ‘daughter’ in their house, a member of their family and not just because of marriage.
Even if Reina ended up not married to Felix, the Duke and Duchess ( Felix’s Parents) Would have formally adopted her as a daughter. ( The Middle son, is also romantically invested in Reina, and would likely try to marry her if she didn’t marry Felix.)
