The story honestly points out one of my greatest problems with most people, it seems it’s an agreed upon thing that if you can’t take care of something to the end then you shouldn’t give them care. Just giving somebody food for one day is actually enough to give them 4-5 more days of life, if even one person thinks like you do in those 4 – 5 days, you’ve effectively saved that person. You should never give up on children, even if you can’t take responsibility for them to the end… There’s a huge difference between adopting a child and taking care of them forever, and being a small token that gives them even a few more days of life word doesn’t actually affect you financially.
