I wish they’d skip to her being 18, because even Lloyd doesn’t like their age gap, that’s why his dream of them bein 20/24 was so exciting. The only thing that her being 14 has added to the story is that the other noble ladies would look down on her since she hasn’t come out to society. why does debut even matter in this world?? She acts and is treated like an adult, and despite being 14, she has the full authority of a duchess? Lloyd has the excuse of the men in their family needing to hand over authority at young ages, but so many characters around her are 18, so why can’t she be 18?? Is it because she’s supposed to die young, if so why not change her age of death to be 23 or something so she’s still young. Love the story just hate their ages.
