The missing panels
– Carl brings Sophia to a secluded spot in the garden, complaining that he can still smell “that woman’s” perfume (unknown if Eva or her mother)
– Sophia helps him sit on a bench and suggests she leaves seeing as he can’t stand having women around
– Carl makes her stay, and then thinks about how this spot in the garden is one he hasn’t brought any one to, ever, because it was his secret spot to get away from people ever since he was young.
– Sophia spots the shooting stars and get excited. Carl asks why, and Sophia tells him about wishing on shooting stars.
– Carl thinks it’s silly. Sophia asks if he doesn’t have any wishes. Carl realises that there’s one thing he would actually wish for.
– Sophia asks him to tell, Carl goes “Beg me then.” Sophia huffs, and folds her hands to make her own wish: to be able to leave the palace.
