Its not explained properly but its very simple psychology logic. She gets bullied at home and nobody likes her. And so to cope with her stress and lack of love at home, she bullies or is aggressive towards other people outside of her home. Why? Cuz shes the daughter of the duke and compared to her own home, she has actual authority outside. Its just another way to cope. Just not explained properly yet
